Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after tiles are fully finished and/or framed after your workshop (1-3 weeks). During busy seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be re-shipped.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) so we can assist in resolving the issue.
