Studio C Cancellation & Transfer Policy

We understand that plans can change! Because Studio C workshops have limited seating and require advance preparation, materials, and instructor time, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

Cancellations 7 or More Days Before Your Workshop

If you cancel your registration 7 or more calendar days before the scheduled start date and time of your workshop, you are eligible for a full refund.

Your cancellation request must be received at least 7 days before the workshop begins. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

For example, if your workshop begins on Saturday, a cancellation received by the preceding Saturday is eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations Within 7 Days

If you need to cancel fewer than 7 days before your workshop, we are unable to provide a refund. At that point, we have typically committed resources to the workshop, including instructor time, materials, supplies, and your reserved seat.

Within the 7 day window, you may transfer your registration to an upcoming Studio C workshop at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Your registration may be transferred to another eligible Studio C workshop of your choice. If the new workshop has a higher registration price, you may be responsible for the difference in price.

Please contact us as soon as you know you cannot attend so we can help arrange your transfer.

No Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled workshop and do not contact us before the workshop begins, your registration will be considered a no show.

Unfortunately, no shows are not eligible for a refund or a transfer to a future workshop.

If an unexpected situation comes up on the day of your workshop, please contact us as soon as possible. While same day changes are not guaranteed, we will always do our best to help when circumstances allow.

Transferring Your Registration to Someone Else

If you purchased a workshop registration but would like someone else to attend in your place, please contact us in advance. Registration transfers to another person may be accommodated when possible and must be arranged with Studio C before the workshop begins.

If Studio C Cancels or Reschedules a Workshop

If Studio C must cancel a workshop, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and will be offered the choice of:

• A full refund of their registration, or

• A transfer to a future Studio C workshop at no additional charge.

Studio C is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other expenses associated with attending a workshop.

How to Cancel or Transfer

To request a cancellation or transfer, please contact Studio C using the contact information provided in your registration confirmation. Please include your name, workshop name, scheduled date, and order or registration number, if available.

The date and time your request is received will determine which cancellation option applies.
