Our Workshops

Our workshops are inspired by the vibrant colors, plants, wildlife, and artistic traditions of the Sonoran Desert. Inside the studio, you will glaze ceramic tiles using professional materials and techniques used in the production studio of Carly Quinn Designs. After your session, each piece is kiln fired at over 2,000 degrees, transforming your work into a lasting piece of functional art.

Our Studio

Studio C was created to make tile art approachable for everyone. No prior experience is needed for beginner workshops, and our instructors guide participants step by step through color selection, glaze application, and the cuerda seca process. More advanced workshops allow artists to create original designs, murals, and custom projects while learning traditional wax outlining and glazing techniques.

Our Experience

More than just an art class, Studio C is a creative gathering space for Tucson. Friends come for date nights, coworkers create together, travelers make handmade desert souvenirs, and locals gather for community events. Whether you're looking for a fun activity, a meaningful gift, or a way to connect with others, Studio C offers something special.

Our Mission

We create meaningful, desert-inspired artistic experiences where people slow down, work with their hands, and create lasting art while helping preserve the ancient tradition of cuerda seca tile glazing.
